Kevin Soper

Kevin is a founder of Digislide and has had involvement in the innovation behind each of the Company’s patents.
Kevin has previously established and expanded a number of different businesses. He is an audiovisual specialist, with seven years of experience with the Audio Visual Department of the Adelaide Convention Centre. He is also licensed at the highest level of pyrotechnics management, and has been involved in managing some of South Australia’s largest pyrotechnics displays. Kevin is a Designated Inventor of all but one of Digislide’s current patents.
Kevin resigned as a Director in June 2007 to focus on his operational responsibilities covering innovation and research and development.
He holds over 40 patents to his credit, and has been responsible for the major portion of Digislide’s IP portfolio creation. |

Luceille Outhred - Director and Chief Executive Officer (Australia)

Luceille has steered Digislide from its earliest stage as a fledgling technology company, to a Research and Development Technology company that has attracted government grants, gained national and global awards and acknowledgements, to a company that has delivered quality products to market on five continents.
Her unswerving commitment to Digislide’s shareholders saw the company successfully navigate through all the issues surrounding early stage technology companies in Australia, and her relentless perseverance saw the company emerge from the trough, known as the Global Financial Crisis, as an ASX listed company.
Luceille is a co-inventor of many of Digislide’s patents, including Digismart Swap™, Digismart™, Digivision® and optical engine patents.
Since incorporation, Luceille has been responsible for capital raising, technical risk management for research and development, product design and development, corporate expansion, contractual issues, Intellectual Property and Human Resource management.
Prior to her appointment to Digislide, Luceille spent 13 years as Corporate Leader of the Workright Group, which is involved in Education, Technology Incubation and Entrepreneurship. She has had extensive start up and business development experience, and her strategic leadership resulted in the establishment of a number of global relationships and off-shore franchise operations on behalf of the Workright Group.
Luceille was designated as a member of the Southern Area Sports Complex Management Team by the South Australian Parliament. In 2000, Luceille was selected as a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year (SA) award; and, in 2007, she was again selected as a finalist in the Telstra awards; this time in two categories: ie the Hudson Private and Corporate Sector Award, and the Australian Government Business Innovation Award.
Luceille is an international speaker.
Luceille is also on the board of Digislide Americas, Ltd and carries the responsibilities of President.

Jeffrey King - Chief Finance Officer (Australia)

Jeff is an experienced CFO, with extensive financial, commercial, and risk management experience, particularly in the private equity sector. He also has a strong and successful corporate finance and deal assessment record across a range of both private and publicly-listed businesses.
Prior to joining Digislide, Jeff held interim and contract positions as CFO and/or Finance Manager of various companies, including the Carbon Alliance Group (carbon management); Mining Industry Resources, (computer-based, fuel management systems); and Charter Pacific Capital (ASX:CHF).
From 2001 to 2008, Jeff was Principal/CFO with Horizon Equity Pty Ltd, an investment and corporate finance company, where he was responsible for sourcing and conducting the due diligence of a range of direct and syndicated private equity investments. His deal clients included both private and publicly-listed companies and during this time he was appointed as Chairman of publicly-listed Ezybonds (UK) PLC.
Between 1998 and 2001, Jeff was Finance Director of Tox Free Solutions (ASX:TOX), which involved him in the successful restructuring and turnaround of the company, from a Deed of Company Arrangement through successive capital raisings to an eventual listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Jeff is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ICAA), and originally trained with Price Waterhouse, where he ultimately held the position of Manager in Australia, the UK and South Africa. He then worked at Partner level at Ernst and Whinney, which became Ernst & Young; and from there he moved to National Australia Bank, where he was responsible for the review and diagnosis of the bank’s impaired assets bank, and also the implementation of successful turnaround strategies and business restructuring. In 1996, Jeff transferred to NAB’s private equity division: National Australia Investment Capital. |
